How do I place an order?
Ordering at snoerboer is easy. Just follow the steps below:

Click 'Add to cart' at the desired product to place it in your shopping cart.

In your shopping cart, choose the option 'Continue shopping' or choose 'Proceed to checkout' to complete your order directly.

Once you have all products in you shopping cart, click 'Proceed to checkout' and choose your checkout method. If you don't want us to keep your data, please choose 'Checkout as guest'. Choose 'Registrer' to save your data for future orders. In this case, you will receive a login code by email.
Do you already have an account? Just login with your email and password.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the country you live in. When you place your order, the site automatically shows your shipping costs. Costs can vary from €12.50 to €19.95.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Snoerboer always strives to send and deliver your order as soon as possible. Any order placed before 04:00 p.m. will be handled the same day.
The shipping time depends on the country you live in and takes 3 to 7 days.

What is included in the prices shown?

Included are the VAT, handling, order costs and payment costs but excluded shipping.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are € 12,50 up to € 19.95 but from € 120,- shipping is for free!

We work with international shipping companies like UPS, DHL, TNT an FedEx. We will give you a track and trace number to track your delivery.

Can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to our warehouse. We can not refund the shipping costs. If your parcel arrives damaged you can ask us to replace the broken goods or ask for a refund for the broken goods. You will need to file this complain within 7 days after delivery. We will ask you for clear pictures first.
